ThreadCast does not host user-generated content. Our Chrome extension and apps read content directly from reddit.com, which is hosted and moderated by Reddit, Inc. If you have a copyright concern about content on Reddit, please report it to Reddit through their reporting channels.

Notices about our website

If you believe content on this website (threadcast.app) infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@threadcast.app that includes:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the specific URL.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If you believe content you submitted was wrongly removed, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include the same six elements above, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
