Refund Policy

14-day guarantee

Every paid plan comes with a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. If you are not happy within 14 days of your purchase, email contact@threadcast.app and we will refund you in full — no explanation required.

How to request a refund

1. Email contact@threadcast.app from the email address you used to purchase.
2. Include your order reference or the receipt you received by email.
3. We will process the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the amount to appear.

After 14 days

We do not offer refunds after the 14-day window. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past periods.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or evidence of unauthorized access to a payment method.
